  19. An electronic copy is not available. You have to pay money for it. An 
  20. official copy of the ISO C standard 9899 can be obtained from your national 
  21. standards body. I can put you in touch with the Dutch delegate if you don't 
  22. know what that organization is in the Netherlands.

  24. The cheap solution is to buy a copy of Schildt's book which contains a copy. 
  25. The title is something like ``The annotated C standard.''
